eFolder is seeking hungry and talented Inside Sales Representatives to join its growing Denver office. Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, targeting, prospecting and engaging with new MSP’s (Managed Services Providers) in order for them to become eFolder partners.
You are responsible for timely and professional follow up on all leads generated by the Marketing team’s demand generation activities. Your task is to ensure that those warm prospects are quickly qualified by expeditiously establishing their profiles and then handing them over to an eFolder Territory Manager.
As the Inside Sales Representative, you also love prospecting and finding new partners, all the time. You are a hunter – you’re not afraid to cold call, and you’re willing to do research and preparation on any potential partners as they could become eFolder partners. You don’t limit yourself - you are always on “search mode” for channel partners in your territory, using innovative methods to source new leads. The ideal candidate for this role has unwavering perseverance, thrives on challenges, has a proven track record of quota overachievement and runs on an insatiable desire to win.
Major Accountabilities:
- Generate a pipeline of sales opportunities through inbound and outbound sales generated lead campaigns, as well as other activities
- Constantly identify and proactively qualify new channel partners for eFolder, utilizing external sources of channel data (MSP Mentor, CRN, etc.)
- Conduct research and preparation on potential partners in order to outcompete other software and hardware vendors
- Act as a liaison between eFolder Territory Managers and prospective partners to manage all communications
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas
- Be a Salesforce master by managing and maintaining a perfect book of business
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of B2B telesales experience; verified track record of quota attainment
- Prior experience managing a territory of prospects; ideally in the software/hardware space
- Excellent organization; ability to segment and prioritize a vast territory of prospects
- Inquisitive attitude, strong research skills, and “do the homework” mentality with a desire to learn
- Passion for technologies and aptitude to learn new technologies
- Strong phone presence and experience in a high-volume customer interaction environment
- Salesforce.com knowledge is strongly preferred
