- Take inbound calls (and some outbound) from warm leads, prospects who want to talk to us (NO cold calling)
- Further qualify prospects through a series of questions to understand their business needs
- Partner with the underwriting team to ensure the correct policy can be written
- Present policy and close deal
- This role offers a competitive base + (uncapped) commission plan
- Our top performers are on track to earn six figures this year
- We have created a sales environment where everyone has the opportunity to exceed their goals, and is supported along the way to do so
- A min of one year in full sales cycle role (prospecting, qualifying, discovery and close)
- Proficient in a technology and process-intense environment
- A four-year college degree (or equivalent years of work experience)
- Our office is located in LoDo downtown within walking distance of Union Station
