We are a rapidly expanding global business, currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our Sales Team with the main responsibility of monitoring sales metrics, coordination of department projects and deadlines, and overseeing an outbound lead generation team, which will support the overall success and growth of the business.

You enjoy networking, hunting for and nurturing key stakeholder relationships across all the markets and territories you cover.  You are an expert at positioning a compelling value proposition to single decision-makers right up to large buyer groups. You seamlessly handle objections, meaning that you are a confident and experienced negotiator.

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will follow up on qualified leads, generate new leads, and maintain your relationship with the customer through and following the sales process, including demos of the simPRO product, engagement in license negotiations, ensuring that tasks and sales are within product scope, and collaboration between the customer and other simPRO departments to ensure all customer needs are met. You will also hold the responsibility of overseeing a team of outbound lead generation professionals, including the development, growth and sales expectations of the team.

Essential responsibilities and duties:

  • Gain core simPRO software and products knowledge in order to best address customer needs
  • Manage the Lead Generation/SDR Team, including tracking sales targets
  • Understand trade contracting and field service business workflows to promote product benefits
  • Report sales metrics and suggest improved processes
  • Deliver compelling and entertaining sales presentations to buyers and buying groups involved in organizations both large and small
  • Develop and execute a sales plan with monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
  • Participate in weekly and monthly one-on-one and team forecast and pipeline reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best-practice sharing
  • Display understanding of SWOT Analysis by market segment in the assigned regions 
  • Liaise with Marketing and Implementation departments to ensure brand consistency and to drive sales
  • Any additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Work & skills requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar, inside sales leadership role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
  • High level of experience with outbound lead generation
  • Experience managing an outbound lead generation team
  • In-depth understanding of the sale administration process
  • Experience working with business process software 
  • CRM use experience
  • In-depth understanding of business processes and workflows
  • Strong understanding of internet-based technologies and systems
  • Strong conflict management and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail regarding documentation and processes
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to perform well in a team dynamic
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and changing schedules
  • Eagerness and enthusiasm to learn 
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% and move about your remote work space up to 50% 
  • Must be able to constantly operate a computer, phone, and other office productivity machinery
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in all communication with customers

Helpful for success:

  • Operational knowledge of or experience in the services industry a major plus
  • Experience with CRM Salesforce a plus
  • Proficient with Google Suite a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
