Who you are:

Brightwheel is seeking individuals who can help our customers get the most value by adopting our integrated billing offering, which enables easy, on-time payments for educators and parents. We are rapidly expanding this program and need go-getters who are excited to wear many hats and can apply FinTech expertise to customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have customer-facing experience and have a passion for FinTech. All candidates must be comfortable owning customer adoption goals and demonstrate our core values: Ownership, Empathy, Learning, & Results.

What you'll do:

    • Engage current customers and drive adoption of integrated billing
    • Teach customers how to use our integrated billing product and get them set up on our platform
    • Help our customers get more out of the integrated billing product
    • Partner closely with our Risk operations and other customer service teams
    • Develop expertise in our integrated billing offering and act as a subject matter expert in Fintech
    • Bring creative solutions and out-of-the-box ideas to problem solving

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities:

    • Bachelor's degree, 2+ years experience
    • Customer-facing experience (bonus points for Sales or Upsell experience)
    • Experience in the payments, billing, risk, fraud, and/or finance industry is a plus
    • Fast learner and ability to deal with ambiguity
    • Attention to detail and goal oriented
    • Strong communicator and a customer-first mentality
