Who we're looking for...
As a member of the BombBomb Enterprise Sales Development Team, you’ll serve as the face and voice of BombBomb to our most valuable potential customers – be it over email, social media, phone, or in person. You will partner with Marketing to craft custom messaging, develop prospecting campaigns, and support account-based initiatives in an effort to generate demand for our personal video product among teams/organizations with 20 or more potential users.
Your time will be spent supporting the Enterprise sales team by researching and communicating with specific accounts with the goal of generating interest from, qualifying, and scheduling discovery calls with contacts from those named accounts (or any qualifying inbound account) with our Enterprise Account Executives.
This will require the ability to work independently and organize effectively, as well as the desire to take ownership of your book of business. As the first human impression of BombBomb, you will mainly be reaching out to Directors, VPs, and C-Level Sales and Customer Success contacts within our named accounts. Quickly building trust and rapport in a short amount of time will be a key skill. Your creativity, tenacity, and enthusiasm for and understanding of our product and our prospects’ business will lead to success.
What you will do...
- Support the Enterprise Account Executives through the execution of inbound and outbound contact strategies and Account-Based Marketing campaigns to qualify warm inbound leads and generate demand among our prospective target accounts.
- Generate, qualify, and schedule 15 Named Accounts each month
- Convert 50% of inbound Demo Requests into Opportunities
- Consistently reach daily activity metrics
- Collaborate with Marketing to create “Reasons for Outreach” for named accounts.
- Create and adapt outbound prospecting strategies and cadences as outlined by marketing and sales leadership each week.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information, and keep comprehensive and up-to-date client information within Salesforce contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
- Attend ongoing sales and product training to develop proficiency with the BombBomb’s product offerings.
- Maintain basic competitive understanding of the video and sales/service engagement landscape.

Our ideal candidate will be or have...
- Experience with Microsoft products / G Suite
- 2 years of sales or business development experience
- Experience with CRMs, namely Salesforce
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
