Director of Sales

CM Fusion is looking for someone to come in and lead sales. We're a bootstrapped software startup building cloud-based project management software for construction teams. Our small and nimble team of seasoned software engineers is seeking a true sales pro to come in and help us accelerate.
Job Role:
- Manage sales pipeline and CRM
- Call/Email prospects and potential leads (this role involves selling!)
- Support new customer accounts and relationships
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Work with product/engineering leadership to continue building high quality software
What you must have:
- Sales experience!
- Ability to work cold and warm leads (we have both)
- CRM software proficiency
