Why You Matter
We are looking for a strategically minded and operationally focused Sales Operations leader who will architect and improve upon key business processes and evolve our systems to support growth. In this role you will provide leadership in all matters pertaining to territory planning, sales compensation and incentives, including plan design, launch and execution. You will be joining a Series A-funded startup with established product/market fit, a strong customer base, and exponential growth. Through your persistence, determination, and creativity, you will help accomplish Red Canary’s mission to make security better for businesses of all sizes.

Who You Are
- 5+ years of demonstrated expertise early stage companies entering the growth phase and throughout it
- 2+ plus years of sales compensation experience as an individual contributor; a minimum of 2 years as manager / director in sales comp design and administration and revenue cycle management within SaaS
- Accelerate growth through geographic expansion with expert territory planning
- Work with Sales Leadership and Finance to review all incentive compensation plans for reasonableness of quota setting, of target incentives and commission rates for as well as compliance with our policies
- Deliver and administer comp plans with sales staff
- Work closely with the leadership team to deliver innovative solutions that continue to attract, motivate and retain employees, drive new business, and reward top sales performers within the approved budget
- Partner with finance on the development and delivery of Sales Management reports and dashboards to support decision making with high attention to data integrity and completeness
- Assist in the development of annual and quarterly forecasts; create sales leadership facing forecasts, pipeline analysis and trending
- Extensive first-hand experience with progressive sales automation systems and demonstrable ability to improve sales productivity; hands-on knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ solutions a strong plus
