We are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator who is passionate about onboarding new customers and pre-sales operations.
What You Will Do
You will manage onboarding for all Team and Enterprise new customers.
You will coordinate resources for key accounts with the account management team and new business sales.
You will help drive improvements to optimize customer success and handle a variety of client execution issues and requests.
In addition, you will:
- Lead or actively participate in calls and meetings with internal and client teams regarding client operational matters
- Anticipate client needs and work to identify solutions that help drive sales and support customer loyalty
- Provide support for Account Managers, Inside Sales, and Sales Executives
- Monitor renewal activity and opportunities for account growth

You’re a problem solver and service-oriented.
In addition, you have:
- 2 years of client operations, customer success, customer service, or related field
- Familiarity with training best practices and screen-sharing tools
- Literacy with technical data interpretation and manipulation
- No fear when it comes to dynamic, fast-paced environments where priorities shift frequently
- Salesforce experience a plus
