Job Description

As a Contracts Overlay at Conga it will be your responsibility to support our North America sales team in selling Contract solutions to our customers and prospects. At Conga we measure our success by the success of our customers. As an effective overlay it is important that you have a customer-centric and inquisitive approach and that you provide a world class experience that is in-line with our reputation. Conga has been a top 10 paid app for 10 years on the AppExchange and amassed 600+ 5 star reviews. As we build out our sales team you will be asked to provide consistent feedback to ensure that we can course correct to achieve optimal team performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in selling Contracts solutions
  • Be able to provide guidance on who to engage in Contracts sales cycles and which messages resonate with them
  • Help qualify opportunities to ensure the sales team is focusing their efforts on contracts opportunities that have best opportunity to close
  • Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies and processes in Contracts sales cycles
  • Support the close of complex deals involving multiple executive level stakeholders
  • Drive revenue by helping the sales team navigate the customer buying process, engaging key stakeholders, and ultimately closing the deal
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex contracts sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value based selling
  • Work with our Solutions Engineer team to ensure they are understanding contracts requirements and positioning our solution to solve customer needs
  • Work with our Sales Enablement, Product, and Product Marketing teams to help them provide product enhancements, collateral, and training to support our global sales teams selling of contract solutions
  • Keep accurate notes in Salesforce.com to ensure we have accurate data to grow the business
  • Help the sales team accurately forecast contract opportunities
  • Help the US Sales Teams achieve the contracts quota month over month
  • Learn and incorporate new products and capabilities, sales tactics and tools as we continue to evolve our contracts offerings
  • Work closely with Marketing, Partners, and the Sales Team to help them increase demand generation efforts to increase contracts opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 1 year in a Contracts sales or solutions engineer role
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles
  • Skilled in conducting in person and online presentations and web demos, adhering and adopting a measured sales process
  • Previous sales methodology training
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quota (top 10% of company) while working and excelling in fast paced, team driven-environments
  • Experience working well in a fast paced changing environment
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com
  • Bachelor’s degree, continued training and education preferred
