You in The Role and on The Team: In this role, you will contribute to the growth and success of the organization by identifying, qualifying and closing net new opportunities within theirassigned geographic territory.

A Day in the Life

  • Prospecting, qualifying and developing sales pipeline within a defined territory
  • Maintaining daily KPI activity is required
  • Utilize sales enablement tools including Salesforce.com, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Consistently meet or exceed quota
  • Develop account penetration strategies and close business
  • Understanding of Industry trends, product capabilities and competitive information
  • Manage opportunity sales cycle from start to close including contract negotiations
  • Travel for relevant conferences

Key success factors

  • 1-3 years sales experience, preferably SaaS or HCM
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in fast paced, high transaction volume environments
  • Knowledge of SalesForce.com and other enablement tools
  • 4-year College degree

The Location: Downtown Denver/Hybrid/Remote

The Salary: $40,000-60,000 +Commission

What are some social events your company does?

TalentReef does monthly Happy Hours (now virtual) with games and fun activities, quarterly parties and of course the amazing end of the year Holiday party.
