We are growing again and we need new Business Development Representatives to join our team! 

A2Z Sync is a trusted advisor in the automotive industry - transforming the sales process into a transparent experience for customers and providing the tools necessary for dealers to transition to a One-Person Sales Model. 

Overview

Our Business Development Representatives will be responsible for high volume outreach through a variety of social media platforms, email, and cold calling efforts to potential new clients within the automotive industry. 

You will communicate and work closely with your team to develop business strategies to effectively convert prospects into leads for the Business Development Managers. You will have a direct impact on the growth of A2Z Sync nationwide in their mission to change the car buying experience! 

Responsibilities 

• Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory

• Conduct high volume prospecting (60- 80 daily activities) via email, calls and social media. 

• Conduct high level conversations with senior executives to set appointments and funnel qualified leads to Business Development Managers. 

• Understand target customers' business needs and articulate the value proposition of A2Z Sync. 

• Ability to anticipate and prepare for objections.

• Develop mutually beneficial and trusting relationships with partner.

• Properly document various details and next steps on potential sales leads within our CRM (HubSpot).

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• 1+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record 

• Previous experience in a call center or BDC environment

• Internal drive and take action attitude 

• Thrive in a team environment

• Automotive experience is a bonus 

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
