The Position

The Business Development team is responsible for growing Evolve’s property acquisition efforts by establishing referral partnerships with real estate professionals throughout the United States. Evolve’s goal is to educate the real estate community and be the go to resource for agents and their clients looking to get into the short-term vacation rental industry.

As a Business Development Representative you will be tasked with growing and maintaining the Evolve Referral Agent database, supporting rental income estimate requests, calling agent leads, and managing projects designed to enhance the team’s overall performance and efficiency. This role will report to the Manager of Business Development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage activities within in the company's CRM (Salesforce.com) including processing leads, tracking, and reporting to grow the Evolve Referral Agent database
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents
  • Create, review and send rental income estimates to real estate agents
  • Proactively identify and analyze new real estate agent lead sources
  • Assist with the overall agent and prospective buyer strategies
  • Make outbound calls to real estate agent leads
  • Take a consultative and educational sales approach with real estate agent leads

Qualifications

  • Four-year undergraduate degree preferred
  • 1 year of sales and/or customer facing experience preferred
  • General knowledge of the real estate industry preferred
  • Ability to make informed decisions utilizing data analysis
  • Self-starter looking for a challenge on a growing team
  • Willingness to implement systems in order to increase process efficiency
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
