About the role

•    100% Align and Represent Zillow Group’s Core Values
•    Run a book of business that consists of our Premier Agent clientele
•    Provide extraordinary mentoring and education to Premier Agents
•    Upsell and X-Sell all available products & services
•    Act as an advocate for clients
•    Facilitate positive client experiences through your expertise of our systems & process
•    Be an authority in all Zillow Group products and services
•    Be a guide in the real estate market
•    Have local knowledge of real estate trends, market conditions, and advertising tendencies based on market assigned upon hire
•    Authority in the local real estate landscape as it pertains to top real estate professionals, teams, brokers, and brokerage houses
•    Partner with billing, agent care, consumer experience, marketing, pricing, and ad ops teams to cultivate client growth and/or resolution

 

Who you are

  • 2+ Years Account Management or Sales Experience
  • You have shown ability grow revenue
  • You are able to identify, grow, and retain engaged clients
  • Background handling subscription based accounts
  • Experience leading client revenue of $200,000 or more in Monthly Recurring Revenue
  • Previous success running a business book with 100’s of clients
  • Excels in a high energy, productivity driven environment
  • Metrics driven professional
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience using Salesforce, NetSuite, or a like CRM solution
  • Demonstrated Ability to work with sales partners to help develop client growth or resolution
