Objective of the Role:

The BDR Manager will support Delve’s goals by building and developing an effective BDR team, participating in strategic leadership as a member of the management team and playing a key active role within the Sales function.

 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day to day activities and KPIs of the BDR team

  • Provide leadership by coaching on best practices, prospecting skills, cold calling, email writing and other activities that will support success

  • Monitor the competitive landscape and communicate market intelligence to the team

  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships within the marketplace that can be leveraged for potential sales opportunities

  • Actively monitor team performance to identify opportunities for training and performance enhancement

  • Collaborate with management within Sales and across the organization. Gather and share market intelligence as appropriate

  • Maintain and enhance DELVE’s reputation as a leading expert in the marketing and advertising space

Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience managing a BDR team that is selling a complex technical marketing product.

  • Subject Matter Expert in Google Marketing Platform and suite of products

  • Ability and desire to exemplify Delve’s core principles in the workplace.

  • Demonstrated experience in building relationships and understanding of overall online ecommerce/lead generation businesses and the ability to coach team members in these skills.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Hands-on understanding of Hubspot CRM and Salesforce Sales Cloud.

  • Demonstrated experience in coaching team members in qualifying and nurturing existing sales leads into viable opportunities.

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-pace, high-change environment

  • A flexible mindset that is energized, not frustrated, by the messiness common to rapidly growing organizations.

Salary range for this position is $80K – $90 - plus up to (40%) bonus potential and is based on prior experience and qualifications.
