BiggerPockets is looking for a motivated, service-oriented sales specialist to maintain and grow the ad sales function of the company. You will work to implement the current ad sales strategy of the company while developing the function within the company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow with a company and have the independence to build a sales program within the real estate industry. 

You Will

• Locate and communicate with potential clients to offer BiggerPockets advertising services
• Help clients understand how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services 
• Process and coordinate all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts
• Inform clients of available options for advertising, formats, or features and provide samples of previous work for other clients
• Share advertising or illustration examples with clients for approval
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure clients’ creative is implemented (Podcast, Newsletter, Banner Ads, Forum Ads, Sponsored Search) 
• Assist and train advertisers to improve their conversion rates and ROI
• Develop sales collateral to streamline the sales process 
• Advise clients on best practices & improving advertising performance using evidence-based results
• Maintain open communication about weekly sales volume delivered

You Have

• Passion and/or knowledge of the real estate investing community
• Goal orientation and independent work ethic 
• Experience as a sales representative
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google work suite 
• Willingness to learn how to use sales software
• Commitment to developing client relationships
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management & communication skills and openness to feedback
   

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
• Sales experience preferred
