The Digital Account Strategist is responsible for assisting in maximizing performance of customer accounts and digital advertising campaigns. This role will support a Digital Account Manager and their accounts to ensure seamless digital campaign execution, providing a high-level of client service support & interaction. Digital Account Strategist's are critical roles to the success of our company. 

 

Responsibiles:

 

  • Act as a liaison between Account Executive, Client & Adtaxi fulfillment teams.

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of large/major ongoing digital advertising accounts and campaigns to meet client’s digital marketing objectives.

  • Assist in developing optimization strategies that include the full digital product portfolio Monitor campaign effectiveness and make recommendations to customers that result in effective advertiser solutions.

  • Interpret & analyze digital campaign reports and account performance data. ● Develop and provide customer focused communications on campaign performance including, effectiveness, targeting and strategy Monitor digital campaigns across markets to identify opportunities to increase market share. 

  • Liaise with web production, sales, marketing & analytics regarding planning and prioritizing to assist in execution of the campaigns. 

  • Work collaboratively with the client services team to recommend campaign modifications for optimal results. May include (but not limited to) strategy changes and budget recommendations. 

  • Interpret and analyze digital marketing efforts during the pre-sale process, compile data to help the close of the business.

  • Assist in the sales pitch and presentation. 

  • Cultivate positive professional relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams. ● Understands the short and long term client/consumer needs to lead new business digital ad recommendations and client retention. 

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 5+ year’s minimum of paid digital media and analyzing and presenting data in an easy-to-interpret format. 

  • High School Diploma, College Degree preferred 

  • Knowledge of digital campaign trafficking preferred (Programmatic platforms, DFP, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and other social platforms, etc). 

  • 2 - 5+ years’ experience in site research tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Omniture, Comscore, Kantar, Claritas, etc.). 

  •  Ability to generate reports, business correspondence, and presentations through use of Google docs. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets experience.

 

Skills: 

  • Excellent customer communication skills, consultative selling skills preferred.

  • Strong organization skills and the ability to meet deadlines. 

  • Can embrace change, take initiative and work well in a collaborative, learning work environment. 

  • Detail oriented, ability to organize, plan, prioritize and re-prioritize workload effectively.

  • Takes initiative to collaborate with the team to contribute to revenue retention and growth, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. 

Decision Making: 

  • Understands the short and long term customer/consumer needs to assist with new business generation and customer retention. 

 

Scope: 

  • High degree of accuracy is required in all aspects of the job. This position requires the individual to be part of the sales and digital operations process, and will assist in sales and customer service efforts. Every advertiser is extremely important. Providing excellent sales, service, and marketing support is critical to our digital competitive position.
