The Opportunity: 

Mersive is seeking the perfect candidate to fulfill the Account Manager role. This position on our fast-paced Inside Sales team will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth through up-sells, upgrades, and subscription renewals. This candidate should have outstanding communications skills, a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to accept ownership for a diverse range of duties. This role will have a direct impact disrupting the wireless collaboration market.

Solstice allows meeting participants to easily share and control content from their laptops and mobile devices to the meeting room display. Wirelessly stream device screens, app windows, HD videos and more – whatever it takes to get the job done. Through unlimited wireless content sharing, Solstice transforms ordinary meeting and learning spaces into collaborative multi-user environments that drive user engagement and better meeting results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue through Solstice software subscription renewals for your assigned territory for our top customers.
    • Proactively engage with our largest customers regarding upcoming subscription expirations for the year.
    • Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners and identify new business opportunities to grow our relationships with top accounts.
    • Run entitlement reports for customers to accurately gauge subscription needs for entire Pod deployments.
    • Use Excel to generate co-term and renewal quotes for partners and customers.
    • Field inbound requests and triage support for existing customers on renewal and upgrade needs.
    • Accurately forecast upcoming renewal opportunities and keep Salesforce updated to reflect your forecast projections.
    • Engage with customers throughout the customer journey to ensure a positive experience with the product.
    • Work cross-departmentally to ensure the highest quality of service and support are being provided to the customer.
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Required Experience & Competencies: 

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in sales, operations, or related field
  • Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and have extensive experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system.
  • Have a data-driven, metrics-based approach to selling
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus but not required.
