Rachio is a mission-based startup in downtown Denver that is focused on changing the way people engage with and think about water. Over the past four years, Rachio has established itself as the leader in smart home water, using residential irrigation as the key entry point. Examples of opportunities include builder / new construction, smart home, municipality, and national / regional professional landscape groups.
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and supporting sales / marketing efforts across a select group of customers. The position will support the sales leadership team to ensure planning, communication, and execution of the Rachio solution with our partners.
Internally, you’ll be responsible for the coordination of cross-functional teams to help implement and manage successful programs. You’ll possess excellent project management and people skills, and will apply rigor and method to any problems you face.

Responsibilities:
Work with the sales team on sales opportunities that drive volume to exceed annual budget
Responsible for project management and execution of the Key Account plans
Engage with customer / partner teams to ensure execution of plans
Design and renew sales proposals
Update internal databases with account information (Salesforce)
Coordinate meetings, calls and demos for the National Account Team
Conduct research on prospective clients
Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service
Communicate customer feedback to Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
Create detailed reports of campaign results
Perform market and competitive research
Help create promotional materials (e.g. presentations and videos)
Travel 30%
Qualifications:
3-5 years of documented sales / marketing / sales operations experience with a heavy focus on customer success
Documented success working with customers and executing programs
Excellent communication skills / team player
Strong organizational skills that drive fast & efficient execution
Preferred Experience:
Previous work and/or involvement in an early-stage company
Experience selling a technical product
IoT, software and/or mobile app product experience

Salary based on experience w/ incentives
