At KPA (www.kpa.io) we are passionate about what we do, how we do and why we do it. Our culture is driven by the KPA core values – Excellence, Agility and Teamwork. Success will be determined by the capabilities, energy and character of the people we bring into our organization and the performance they achieve.
You’re looking for the next step in your sales career. You’ve been there, done that - BDR, SDR, Account Executive - and you’ve grown out of your current role. Now, you’re looking to manage a full-sales cycle and truly own your own territory development. That’s what you’ll do every day as an Account Executive at KPA.
At KPA (kpa.io) our software serves as the central hub of activity for growing compliance and safety departments seeking an adaptable, quick-to-implement solution. We are replacing clipboards and excel sheets with built-in best practices that accelerate business processes for compliance and risk professionals. We make our customers the experts because environmental health and safety compliance saves lives at work. In the current pandemic, the need for these services multiplies by the minute. That’s where you come in.
Here's what we're looking for:
- Ambitious. You know how to define personal success and build a sales pipeline to get there. You’re always thinking ahead to the next sale. You’ll be leading a new category and all eyes are on you from our executive team and investors. Be ready for a live Q&A at a moment’s notice.
- Problem-Solver. When issues arise, you don’t stop looking for solutions until you have an answer. You’ll rely on peers and executives alike for advice to understand the people, systems, and process issues that may be holding your sale back.
- Agile. The first answer isn’t always the best. You’ll find the right recommendations for your customers.
- Listener. Connect with prospects and recommend the right internal resources by working with sales engineers, product managers, and marketing.
- Technical. You have used Salesforce and can sell software as a service to nontechnical buyers across manufacturing, hospitality, logistics, and fleet management.
If you’re nodding your head and getting excited, you should apply to this job. The application is on the next page. You’ll get an email to confirm after you submit. From there, we’ll book the first round of interviews. From the start, you’ll connect with executives and leaders to understand the product and support network available to accelerate your success. We’ll keep the process streamlined and simple, just like your approach to sales
