YOUR PURPOSE

As Account Executive, you generate revenue by prospecting new client leads within O Hello Media’s Target Market and conduct capabilities presentations both remotely and in person. You will work directly with the leadership team to maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while seeking additional opportunities for incremental revenue within. 

You are a brand ambassador for O Hello Media who embodies and acts in accordance of our core values and has genuine passion for the company purpose. 

You will report to the CEO.

YOUR POTENTIAL

The goal is for you to intimately understand and have passion for the value O Hello Media provides so you may serve as a brand ambassador to build relationships and drive revenue.You will be part of a small, intimate team with a collaborative mentality; and if you prove passion, work ethic, positivity and ability, we may work together on ancillary projects such as business development, strategy & marketing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

New Business Development

  • Research and prospect new leads within O Hello Media’s target market
  • Schedule and conduct capabilities presentations remotely and in person
  • Track progress, manage leads and manage existing clients via CRM
  • Travel nationally to present capabilities and build face-to face relationships with prospects 
  • Facilitate introductions to CEO to generate proposals for prospective projects 
  • Work with leadership team to foster strong relationships through O Hello Media core values with clients and leads
  • Provides advice to the CEO about business development
  • Meet revenue goals
  • Attend conferences when applicable
  • Maintain knowledge of industry

Existing Client Management

  • Foster strong relationships and build positive rapport with existing clients through O Hello Media core values
  • Support Creative Director in developing creative strategies to stay top of mind
  • Study revenue reports to create action items
  • Meet revenue goals
  • Travel nationally to strengthen existing client relationships
  • Stay top of mind with network through consistent communication (emails, thank you cards, gifts, etc.)

YES, YOU BE YOU...BUT, YOU SHOULD ALSO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • 3+ years in a sales position
  • Located in the Denver metro area
  • Strong Communication
  • Positive attitude & strong work ethic
  • Organizational skills & exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), experience with Apple applications is a plus (Keynote, Pages, Numbers)
  • 1+ years in the experiential or marketing industry is a plus
