What you will do?
Take ownership of your sales quotas, originating sales opportunities, conducting product demos, and generating a strong pipeline.
Manage and coordinate processes and timeline to drive deals from discussion to closure to implementation
Educate potential customers and partners on our solution and skillfully deliver web-based presentations/demos using sales best practices
Work with the Product team to set up customized accounts based on customer knowledge and proactively manage the potential customer’s experience through trial
Manage territory pipeline and forecast pipeline with accuracy
Support marketing team in defining and understanding ideal customer profiles, the customer journey, typical customer needs, etc.
Collaborate with the customer success team to seamlessly transition customers; ensuring a detailed overview is included in the CRM
Collaborate closely with customer success team to optimize up-sell opportunities within existing customer base
Research & develop a strong understanding of our product, market, and competitive landscape
Keep track and regularly update all sales activities and opportunity generation in the CRM
Support client on-boarding and account management as required
Continue to develop creative prospecting ideas
Work with internal teams (e.g. technology, product, marketing ) to drive product delivery
Attend client events and conferences
Maintain market awareness and educate internal teams on latest developments
Establish a strong client base and cultivate long-lasting relationships with your customers
Who are you?
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, business development and/or partnerships in the consumer goods industry
- Strong sales and organizational skills
- Track record of bringing in new clients and negotiating successful engagements
- Professional presence required to interact with C-Level client executives
- Results oriented
- Interest in solving real-world business problems
- Experience in managing and inspiring teams
- Analytical, decisive and customer obsessed
- Desire to work in a dynamic startup where your input is desired to help shape our offerings and how we interact with clients
- Love embracing technology - from Apps to CRM solutions
- You know how to get things done and motivate your team as well
- Excited to travel to visit clients on a monthly basis about 30 percent of the time
- Obtained a Bachelor's Degree

• Located in Downtown Boulder, CO with great views of the mountains
• Full Time, with Work-life balance – we don’t expect you to sleep at your desk
