KPA has an immediate opening for enthusiastic sales professionals with a desire to continue to grow in their success. The Account Executive is a strategic member of the sales team and is responsible for hunting, identifying, nurturing and closing new software sales opportunities.
The role is focused on selling KPA’s EH&S and Risk Management portfolio into Insurance Brokers to help their end customers manage risk. KPA software serves as the central hub of activity for growing compliance, safety, and insurance departments seeking an adaptable, quick-to-implement solution featuring built-in best practices that accelerate business processes for compliance. We make the brokers' end customers the experts because environmental, health and safety compliance saves lives at work.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Ambitious. You know how to define personal success and build a sales pipeline to get there. You’re always thinking ahead to the next sale.
- Problem-Solver. When issues arise, you don’t stop looking for solutions until you have an answer. You’ll rely on peers and executives alike for advice to understand the people, systems, and process issues that may be holding your sale back.
- Agile. The first answer isn’t always the best. You’ll find the right recommendations for your customers.
- Listener. Connect with prospects and understand their business goals recommending the right KPA resources by working with client success, sales engineers, product managers, and marketing.
- Technical. You know and use Salesforce as a CRM utilizing it to close software as a service (SAAS) deals with insurance brokers.
Compensation
- Base salary of $70K annualized
- On Target, uncapped commissions of $92K annually
