Your Role
The Account Executive position will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales / partnerships. To be successful, you will be required to manage the entire sales cycle, from establishing initial contacts and presenting the Notion solution, to closing the deal and bringing Account Management up to speed. You must be able to manage multiple accounts at one time and be comfortable working with an extensive range of decision-makers, ranging from junior level to executive level at our partners.
Responsibilities:
Generate new sales prospects and opportunities
Identify key decision makers and cultivate relationships with current and future partners
Establish and manage a pipeline of prospects throughout the sales process using/updating the company CRM database
Conduct and present proposals to prospects including pricing and timelines to execution
Work with Sales VP on sales contracts from creation to closure
Prepare regular reports to management on sales activity
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
2-3 years of sales experience
Ability to effectively communicate through email, phone and in person
Experience selling into enterprise B2B channels
Work in the IoT / smart home/consumer electronics space is a plus
Experience selling to insurance companies a plus
Demonstrated ability to clearly explain complex business and technical concepts
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
