Adswerve is seeking a highly organized, articulate, and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Account Management Department as an Account Coordinator. The role provides essential and valuable support to our Account Management team.
As an Account Coordinator, you will work in the Account Management Department as an entry-level liaison to specific Agency and/or Direct Marketer Account Executives. The Account Coordinator is responsible for assisting Account Executives with the details of client relationships, record keeping, and overall information organization. An Account Coordinator’s responsibilities will rise in degrees with demonstrable competence. This position requires skills of organization, helpful disposition, diligent care, and a responsive attitude.
This Role
- Reports to the Director of Account Management with a dotted line to designated Account Executives, Directors and/or Senior Account Executives
- Is entry-level and intended to lay the foundation for a career within Adswerve
Responsibilities
- Proactively lead, track and report on client administration activities, including, but not limited to:
- Hours reporting on a weekly basis to designated Account Executives and/or clients
- Partner with Finance for Account Receivable management
- Manage internal and external meeting coordination for AEs as needed
- Become proficient in Adswerve’s CRM system to be able to maintain records as needed
- Escalate issues as appropriate and apprise senior management of major account activities that need their attention and/or may have a long-term impact.
- Cultivate and maintain successful internal relationships by proactively seeking shadowing and engagement opportunities
- Document key client communications and activities within the ticketing system and/or Salesforce
