Sales Engineer
Brandfolder is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our fast-paced team. You'll be the primary technical lead on all pre-sale opportunities. As a core addition to our team, you’ll have the ability to immediately impact decision-making in a high-growth company. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support our Sales team in winning new sales as a technical and strategic resource throughout all aspects of the sales process, from discovery to close
Act as Sales liaison to our Product Team and Customer Experience Team
Support current Account Executives in qualifying leads, gathering requirements, and evaluating the opportunity
Participate in sales calls and demos as a technical expert, overcoming technical objections from prospects
Strategize with prospects and Product Team regarding product buildouts
Respond to RFPs
Continually optimize current sales process
Transition new customers to Customer Experience Team while providing technical support during onboarding process
Percentage Breakdown of time -- 70% Sales, 20% Product, 10% C/X
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
3+ years of B2B Mid-Market and Enterprise SaaS Sales Engineer experience
Understanding of all components of SaaS sales process
Salesforce experience, specifically reporting and opportunity creation
Quickly become a product expert for the Brandfolder platform
Experience gathering or supplementing product requirements and enhancements based on prospect and/or customer feedback
Client management skills, interfacing with both prospects and customers to help them achieve their goals
The drive to own high-impact projects from day one

2+ years in product or software development
Salesforce customization experience (Flows, Process-Builder, Object customizations)
Previous experience working with the Brandfolder platform
DAM, ECM, WCM, CMS experience
Experience writing technical requirements
Previous work experience in an early stage startup environment
