Us:

EverCommerce is bringing together best-of-breed commerce solutions in the service sector, forming one service commerce platform that improves go-to-market strategy for technology companies and simplifies the software-buying process for business owners.

Our team has extensive expertise in business operations, management, legal, finance, accounting, technology human resources, marketing and sales that, via the EverCommerce platform, we provide as a service to drive continued growth and success for growing service commerce companies. Our ecosystem enables companies to thrive in an environment of shared knowledge and resources with significant cost savings.

EverCommerce is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Integration, Growth, and Operations (IGO) team. You will play a key role in ensuring we seamlessly integrate new acquisition targets into the ecosystem, execute market expansion opportunities, and build collaboration across the portfolio.

You:

You are hungry for cross-functional learning and want to make an impact in a startup-like setting. You’re highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently. You love prioritizing initiatives, tracking impact, helping execute campaigns and operational optimizations, and (occasionally) putting out fires. You’re coachable and willing to take on a project that may be outside your job description. You are an excellent communicator and can serve as a collaborative link between subject-matter experts, keeping projects moving, and even leading meetings when needed. On the strengths spectrum, you are well rounded between executing, influencing, relationship building, and strategic thinking.

Where:

EverCommerce is located in the LoDo area of Denver. Our collaborative, open-plan office space is filled with high-energy, talented people who enjoy our weekly lunches, bubble hockey, and hanging out with their co-workers.

Responsibilities – Integration & Operations:

·Work with various internal/subsidiary teams including sales, marketing, finance, technology, and customer support to understand a need, help define a project, and execute or project-manage its execution

·Support the development of integration project and communication plans, meeting agendas, and presentations for varying audiences

·Provide general administrative support, including creating, maintaining and editing documents, spreadsheets, files, and presentations

·Support calendar management using Microsoft Outlook; must be flexible with last minute schedule changes and urgent meeting requests

Responsibilities – Growth:

·Coordinate campaign execution with the EverCommerce and subsidiary sales and marketing teams; help prioritize follow-up action items

·Help execute a variety of demand generation campaigns – including email, social media, paid search, or account-based marketing – with content, light design work, tracking, and vendor coordination

·Help implement and (in some cases) train teams on new marketing platforms, funnel attribution, and analytics tracking

·Assist with media strategy, including coordinating reporter interviews with executives, customer interviews with marketing, helping write press releases, and contributing content to the blog

·Serve as an account manager for subsidiaries in a shared services model; act as a key point of contact for questions and concerns

Experience and Skills:

·Bachelor’s degree and minimum two years work experience in marketing, operations, or agency-side account management

·Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

·Experience with digital marketing platforms: Google Analytics, Adwords, and Facebook/LinkedIn

·Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or other design platforms

·Familiarity with marketing automation concepts and platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, or Mailchimp

·Capable of independently seeking information and working with a sense of urgency in an unstructured environment

·Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

·Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Benefits and Perks:

·Competitive salary

·Robust medical benefits & 401k

·Public transportation reimbursement
