Job Description

Location: Boulder, CO or Remote

We are seeking a Vice President of Product who will guide our team as we aim to create a splendid user experience, track key metrics to ensure organizational success, and guide the strategic vision as our team and product line continues to grow.

At Bonusly, you’ll…

• Lead a team of Product Managers and Designers who care deeply about the employee experience 
• Set the strategic vision for our product(s) and ensure alignment of priorities with counterparts in Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing 
• Measure, manage, and communicate the Product organization’s metrics of success to the Bonusly team, leadership team, and board of directors
• Move quickly while also making data-informed decisions
• Build a product organization that can quickly deliver value into our customers’ hands as we scale

💯You should apply if you...

• Have led a product organization of at least 10 people at a venture-backed technology company
• Have at least 5 years of product leadership experience
• Have managed a team that has significantly scaled in size (at least 50% headcount growth in one year)
• Led an organization responsible for a SaaS product line that garnered extremely high (45+) NPS scores and drove product-led revenue growth 
• Have scaled a product organization and expanded a product while maintaining a high level of quality
• Care deeply about customer feedback while also not over-indexing on stated preferences

💚Bonus points for…

• Experience building products in the “consumerization of the enterprise” space
• Experience building data/analytics products
• A background in engineering, data/analytics, or design - we’ll take all three if you have them!
• Experience leading teams through multiple funding rounds and (ideally) an exit

💸Compensation…

• Base Salary range: $205,000 - $240,000
• Merit Bonus: $20,000 - $30,000
• Equity Range: 0.6% - 1%
