What makes someone successful on your team?

We strongly believe in collaboration and communication. To be successful on this team there must be a shared belief in the mission & vision of what we are creating. And alignment on the part we each play to accomplish it together. We are successful when we take the time and make the effort to build trust and connection with those we work with.

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

I like to create an environment where exploration and diversity of ideas can exist. For all new projects, I make sure we allocate some time in the initial stages of a project to explore and put all ideas on the table. And by exploration, I mean anything goes, there is no wrong answer! At this point it is all about having as many ideas as possible.
