As a Technical Product Manager in the Data Management team, you will be delivering the development of data services on the data platform. Your work will provide high quality data assets and analytics to be utilized across GHX products and services. The successful candidate will be a technical and data-driven problem solver who wants to make an impact in healthcare. In this role you will use your understanding of data platforms, analytics, and data ecosystems to identify business needs for data availability, features, and insights. You will merge technical detail with the ability to understand and align business objectives while working directly with development teams to breakdown stories and prioritize backlogs.This role can be fully remote, with the option of working in our Louisville, CO or Chicago, IL offices with a hybrid schedule.Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a feature roadmap and backlog that effectively prioritizes the delivery of valuable data and analytics to GHX products and services
- Deliver day-to-day execution against the roadmap, working with teams of data engineers, data scientists, and data analysts
- Engage with stakeholders across business units to gather technical and data requirements, insights into what is possible, and uncover unarticulated needs to drive successful outcomes
- Create strong partnerships with stakeholders creating continuous feedback loops that allow us to better understand their needs
- Iteratively improve data access, quality, and analytics
- Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
- Author technical feature requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria for varying business scenarios
- Build strong relationships, present roadmaps, and features to broad teams in an effective manner
- Product backlog prioritization to ensure the highest business value is being delivered
- Run an excellent agile development process with technology, product, and operations partners to manage and coordinate dependencies across teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; timely communication with clear expectations. An active listener and clear communicator; can lead by influence
- Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems
- Highly adept at working collaboratively across multiple business and technical functions to achieve results
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to evaluate solution options provided by technology teams
- Experience with data and analytics software products or services in an analyst, engineering, product management, or related role
- Experience with data analysis, data manipulation, SQL, or related
- Experience working with engineering teams to develop products using an agile delivery methodology
- Experience with healthcare, product information management, or PCI data
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with the AWS ecosystem
- Experience with MDM Solutions
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and successfully manage ambiguity
- Big data experience
