Subject Matter Expert on interconnecting with complex enterprise networks; establish Zoom’s thought leadership in this area by empowering the Sales & Marketing teams with the right information
You view technology vendors and open source technologies as a critical component of our solution, and help identify the right solution component
You have a hands-on approach, willing and able to get to the nuts and bolts of technology, working with the team in building and validating prototypes
You will convert market opportunities with a clear sense for priority and urgency, helping the team focus on most impactful opportunities.
5+ years of experience building highly scalable real-time communication services, in an engineering or product role
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Communications or a related field
Product management experience highly desirable
Deep expertise with inter connection technologies such as SD-WAN, Session Border Controllers, SIP Trunks, Failover/Redundancy practices, Load balancers, Firewalls, WebRTC etc.
