Senior Product Manager, Zoom Phone Client Experience
Help shape and execute our vision to make Video Communication an amazing experience by elevating Zoom Phone service. As the Senior Product Manager, you’ll help shape our plans and deliver the most delightful communications experience to our customers and partners. Working with other product managers and cross functional leaders, you’ll help identify and drive core Zoom Phone features for end users. Together, you’ll help redefine what communications will look like in the future work environment. Success means we’re delivering the most seamless and empowering communications experience to our users, ensuring we’re delivering happiness to customers, partners, and teammates.
Your Role:
Help define and execute our core user experience on desktop and mobile clients.
Connect with customers to understand their goals and needs and translate those into solutions that we can deliver.
Collaborate with stakeholders and drive delivery of features, processes and happiness.
Prioritize roadmap and communicate plans with stakeholders.
Define product requirements and work with User Experience team to design our product experience.
Evangelize our product and vision to customers of all sizes, from single proprietors to Fortune 100 executives.
Ideal candidates will have:
5+ years experience building and launching applications and services.
3+ years of experience as Product Manager.
Ability to crystallize vague concepts into concise plans.
Experience creating technical product and design documents.
Strong UX/UI sensibility - you understand when having a few pixels offset could determine success or failure.
Previously built applications for Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.
Understanding that speed is everything but prioritizing the right thing is equally important - you appreciate delivering impact quickly.
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience).
Nice to have:
UCaaS and/or Telecommunications experience.
Worked with device management and application management software
Understanding of VDI
Worked with known Tier-1 carriers and MSOs.
Telephony and network experience - knowledge of SIP, H.323, UDP, and VoIP Standards.
Experience with: Cisco Unified Call Manager, Microsoft Office 365 (SfB), Avaya CMS/AMS.
