Gtmhub is seeking an incredible Sr. Product Manager, Mobile with 5+years relevant product experience to join the team.

This is a very exciting time to join a product team for an ambitious scale-up in the midst of hyper-growth.

We are open to candidates across EMEA with a preference for candidates located in England. If you are in/near London, we also have an office that you are welcome to work from. We are operating on a flexible hybrid basis, with most of our team working from home the majority of the time.

About Gtmhub

Gtmhub is growing fast, well funded, and winning customers.

If you're the kind of person who believes that people feel more fulfilled and empowered in their work when they see a direct connection to a mission that matters to them, you'll like what we're doing at Gtmhub.

We believe that everyone deserves to work in an environment where there is consistent alignment between mission and activity; where transparency breeds trust; where accountability reigns; and where focus results in positive outcomes.

That's why we have built the world’s best business orchestration platform, powered by the proven OKR methodology, so our clients (and we!) can achieve the missions that matter.

The Role

Strategize and deliver a product offering for mobile native apps that helps create a new product category for strategy execution and adaptation. You will work with established thought leaders in Product, Strategy, and Research. You will report to the Director Of Product and collaborate with the VP of Product and other directors to design and help establish a new Product culture.

Gtmhub is in the process of rebuilding and re-imagining our mobile offering. As Sr. Product Manager for Mobile, you will be responsible for leading this effort. In particular:

  1. Creating and articulating our mobile strategy, and adapting it as needed
  2. Collaborating with designers and developers to ideate experiments (bets) aimed at advancing your strategy
  3. Coordinating with other departments (e.g. Product-Marketing and Research) to secure the resources your team needs

KPIs will be used to measure the success of the offering. Examples include:

  • % of users who have set up their mobile phone with our mobile app
  • % of users who access their OKR every week
  • % of users who access insights boards at least once a week
  • % of users who update their KRs via mobile 2 or more times a month

The Nitty Gritty

This is what will be expected of you:

  • Nurture a collaborative relationship with our Research team to grow a deep empathy for the customer needs and problems for our native mobile app product (s).
  • Perform at an expert level in strategic thinking; you will align mobile product vision with strategy execution and create clarity regarding what should be done next and how to get to the desired future state.
  • Think holistically, including a variety of scopes for impact analysis including market, customer, product, feature scopes.
  • Responsible for prioritizing, driving and planning interventions and identifying the strongest hypothesises and opportunities for growth from data and insights; often this will be in ambiguous and complex problem-spaces that you will help to properly define.
  • Be collaborative and persuasive in marshalling the resources to plan and execute on the discovery and delivery of these initiatives.
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in managing value and viability risks, both in terms of identifying risks and mitigating against them.
  • Follow our Product Development Process (PDP) and our Product Principles with extreme discipline.
  • Contribute towards the continuous improvement of the processes.
  • Utilize excellent communications skills while keeping stakeholders informed of product updates.
  • Depending on how the mobile product area grows; you might support, coach, mentor, hire, nurture and manage 1-2 less experienced Product Managers

What We're Looking for

To be successful in this role at Gtmhub, you'll need to have:

  • 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience
  • Expertise in native mobile app best practice, strategy, discovery and delivery (from either a B2B or B2C background).
  • Track record of high impact - you’ve been in the trenches and have a proven track record of driving significant, company-wide impact
  • Someone that can work at a high level independently with little supervision
  • Significant experience and skills at identifying and prioritising solutions from key market signals (customer requests and wider market insights) and interpreting and uncovering the underlying problem-definition.
  • Senior-level stakeholder management experience, juggling complex relationships and requests from multiple sources. Using strong emotional intelligence and empathy to 'push back' and get to the route of problems.
  • Expertise in data-driven and hypothesis-driven decision making, with an obsession for qual and quant data and insights. Proven ability to define metrics.
  • Experience setting and tracking 'Objectives & Key Results' (OKRs) and how they align with the wider org
  • Skilled and experienced at Agile development, expert at breaking down requirements into user-stories and using them to support the work of your development team
  • Impeccable written and spoken business-English

And ideally, you'll also have experience:

  • Working for a scale-up in the midst of hyper-growth
  • Using 'Behavioural Driven Development' (BDD) scenarios (or similar approach) to create acceptance criteria

Why Product at Gtmhub?

Gtmhub is in the midst of a category creation event. We are in a position to define how companies create and execute their strategy. It's an opportunity to explore and create radically new ways for how companies execute – from how they gather business intelligence, to how they develop strategy, all the way through executing projects. Our mobile strategy will be central to our success.

Our market presence began by first gaining traction with an OKR offering – landing customers such as Adobe, TomTom, and CNN. In the near future, we're aiming to expand our offering to directly attack products such as Microsoft Power BI, Lookr, Tableau, Asana, Trello, and ClickUp.

Gtmhub uses empowered product teams to win the market for strategy delivery and execution (i.e. OKRs). Product's mission is to answer one question: What must we put into the market, so we can attract and retain more customers? Every quarter, we think about what OKRs we want to advance. Then, our product teams are responsible for figuring out how to make progress towards that OKR.

Compensation and Benefits

What's in it for you:

  • Competitive base salary and bonus opportunities
  • Stock option opportunities
  • Meaningful and challenging work
  • Uniquely open and casual environment
  • The opportunity to work with very smart and driven people
