Product Owner, SAFe® Platform
Here at Scaled Agile we’re developing the SAFe Platform to help organizations learn and implement leading practices to achieve business results. The SAFe Platform delivers courses, videos, e-learning, forums, toolkits, and much more using the Salesforce Experience Cloud. We’re looking for a Product Owner to help us take the Platform to its fullest capabilities by collaborating with developers, designers, and customers to create amazing experiences. You’ll be at the heart of our business ensuring we produce exceptional digital products, potentially touching our websites too. Do you want to make the world a better place? As a SAFe Product Owner, you will:
- Work with Product Management to understand business context and strategy
- Lean on Scrum Masters to create a winning team culture
- Understand the technology of our SAFe Platform to make prioritization tradeoffs
- Use design thinking with UX designers to create great experiences
- Empathize with customers to represent them during product development
- Communicate updates and status of the SAFe Platform to stakeholders and customers
- Ultimately own the backlog for your team
You’ll be a great SAFe Product Owner if you have done the following for about 3 years:
- Worked effectively with an Agile team
- Created smart user stories based on team, stakeholder, and customer considerations
- Understood and communicate SaaS product needs, such as:
- system monitoring
- security practices
- global access
- product performance
- Delivered major SaaS releases
- Digested technical concepts and collaborate with developers
- Decomposed complex solutions into small, deliverable releases
- Managed your time proactively with a focus on your team
- Made B2B design decisions, such as supporting admin personas and organizational data access
And if you’re not already great, we can coach you to be great with:

Compensation:
Scaled Agile is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $90,000- $105,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
