We're seeking a Product Manager who truly accelerates strategic product ideation, tactical level implementation and can take ownership of managing a successful product through its lifecycle.

This key role will be the primary liaison between business and product functions.  From developing robust product roadmaps, discussing technical integrations, writing specs for development teams, to jumping into the code for that critical fix; this role impacts the overall business on a daily basis. 

 

Responsibilities  

  • Work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to prepare product requirements for upcoming sprints  
  • Breakdown large problems into manageable pieces in the form of balancing both user experience and technical feasibility

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes 

  • Increase the efficiency and speed from design hand-off to production 

  • Final sign off on product development process reviews, all final product development, and release documentation

  • Consistently seek and consume input from users, competitors and market analysis

  • Define and track business success metrics; leverage data and run queries to make informed decisions

  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of our technology while serving as primary contact to triage product related questions or issues 

 

Requirements 

  • Proven 2+ years of Product Manager experience managing all aspects of a successful product through its lifecycle within agile development processes in support of strategic business objectives

  • Strong product intuition and instincts about what makes a great product drive business value

  • Keen understanding of how to interpret business and technical needs and translate them into them, epics and user stories 

  • Ability to set and drive big picture milestones while maintaining strong attention to detail

  • Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

  • Demonstrates clear problem-solving skills and a self-motivated work ethic 

  • An eye for design elements and empathy to our users

  • SQL proficiency

What to Know Before you Apply:

  • Wishlist is open to remote employees with core work hours of 8am-5pm MST.  

  • We believe that employees should be paid fairly and equitably.  Salary ranges depend on your location and previous experience.  For Colorado residents, the salary will be between $95,000 - $125,000 annually with additional, performance bonus potential.
