We are searching for a Product Manager!

What does a Product Manager do at CyberGRX? 

The Product Manager owns the Product Roadmap and Release Plan and is responsible for facilitating strategic cross-team collaboration to define, design, and deliver features. This person works closely with the Engineering and Design teams to identify requirements and ideate creative solutions to ensure deliverables meet Company objectives, while also providing a high-quality and user-centric experience. The Product team takes pride in the work we do and the value we provide. We rely on market research, user analytics, and product management best practices to deliver innovative, evidence-backed solutions to help our users and the business re-imagine the way people, process and technology mesh in the digital world.

What a day in the life looks like:

• You will contribute to strategic discussions involving product vision and roadmap by understanding the market, the competitive landscape, stakeholders, and user needs. 
• Assist with communicating product priorities and expected value of roadmap items to internal departments and stakeholders. 
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to support in-market activities that drive learning and growth of the product. 
• Partner with Operations to support the definition of automations that continue to drive scalability for our platform. 
• Participate in user research and customer feedback sessions and own incorporating these insights into the product. 
• You will work closely with design team and other departments through discovery and requirements gathering processes to define new features or feature enhancements. 
• You will work closely with Product Owners to ensure the successful delivery of value to the market. 
• Develop, maintain and present product documentation and artifacts to internal and external stakeholders. 

What you bring to the table: 

• At least 2 years of PM experience with a platform approach to a SaaS solution and/or subscription models. 
• Experience or familiarity with the Silicon Valley Product Group discovery model. 
• You have worked with Agile development methodologies and Atlassian tools. 
• You've got an entrepreneurial spirit and drive to develop innovative user-centric products. 
• You have a business-driven mindset with a passion for and deep understanding of technology. 
• Strong organizational, collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex solutions or ideas to all levels of stakeholders. 
• You are both a visionary and a hands-on contributor.
• Bonus points if you have experience in Cybersecurity and Third Party Risk Management

Annual Base Salary Range:  $115,000 - $140,000

Annual Bonus Potential: 10% of your base salary
