About the team: 

The Customer Experiences team plays a pivotal role in the FIS Product Management organization, focusing on end-to-end user journeys in our portals, reporting tools and via our APIs. This team’s priority is to drive the strategy that enables FIS to deliver world-class user experiences at every customer touchpoint. Because this team unifies capabilities across the FIS product portfolio, this is a highly collaborative team that works closely stakeholders across the enterprise as well as internal teams such as other Product leaders, UX, engineering, operations and marketing.   

 
What you will be doing: 

Worldpay from FIS powers the technology behind some of the most innovative Payment Facilitators in the world and is known as the leading provider in the industry. As the Product Manager for Payment Facilitator Experiences you will be responsible for shaping our global strategy for Payment Facilitator experiences, including user-facing applications, APIs and partner relationships we leverage to deliver these experiences. You will use data-driven methodologies to evaluate opportunities in the market, deeply understand user needs and integrate competitive intelligence to build a compelling roadmap that expands Worldpay’s market-leading proposition for Payment Facilitators. 

You will manage every stage of the product development lifecycle from ideation through development and GTM delivery. You will also drive the identification and measurement of KPIs and closely monitor success of your product deliveries, including customer satisfaction, product profitability and sales success rate.  

The ideal candidate is a Product leader with experience in managing a product for a Payment Facilitator or who has created capabilities to support Payment Facilitators. 

Within this role, your key responsibilities will be to: 

  • Build the global roadmap for Payment Facilitator Experiences based on lean business cases and clearly articulated customer and business value. 

  • Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders within sales, operations, risk, compliance and marketing 

  • Work directly with development leadership and development teams to manage your backlog of new features, small enhancements, bug fixes and all other development activity related to your products. 

  • Work closely with the UX team to build and deliver intuitive, high quality customer experiences. 

  • Engage and interact with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups and requirements gathering sessions. 

  • Act as the evangelist for your product vision with senior leadership and be the lead advocate for investment in your strategy.  

  • Drive our international expansion efforts from a Product perspective, with a focus on understanding Product-market fit, developing effective go-to-market processes and ensuring effective delivery of Product propositions in new markets 

  • Develop and test pricing strategies for new product and proposition launches 

  • Develop a concrete Go-to-Market plan and Customer Communications journey in collaboration with Marketing teams 

What you bring

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, hands-on Product innovator with the following attributes: 

  • 5+ years commercial Product Management or Product Marketing experience with a focus on commercial and go-to-market practices 

  • Proven hands-on experience of successful launching and commercializing new products, preferably Payment Facilitator products in the payments processing space. 

  • Strong understanding of market analysis, planning, development and management 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors 

  • Proficiency in problem solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines 

  • Proficiency to operate independently and within a multi-disciplinary team 

Added bonus if you have: 

  • Experience of working for a Payment Service provider, Fintech company, bank or other financial institution 

  • Experience of delivering International Expansion projects for a large organization 

  • MBA degree
