WHAT WE HOPE FOR YOU...

Maxwell’s Lender Solutions team creates software to make the mortgage process more efficient, simpler and more accessible. That means loans can be approved in days, not weeks. As a Product Manager on the Lender Solutions team, you will envision and bring to market features and products that accelerate the mortgage experience for our lender partners. Your work will directly impact thousands of borrowers each month and help them achieve their goal of homeownership.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

  • Own all aspects of product development from strategy to functional requirements, user research, and success metrics
  • Define the roadmap and partner with Product Design and Engineering to bring the Maxwell vision to life
  • Immerse yourself in the world of mortgage operations by partnering with our incredible team of in-house mortgage processors and underwriters -- our first users are our teammates, so there’s no faster way to build software
  • Translate these learnings into software that helps accelerate mortgage fulfillment, working with our marketing and sales team to commercialize the product to our network of hundreds of lenders and beyond
  • Paint a compelling product vision and get internal and external stakeholders excited about the future of Lender Solutions
  • Develop hypotheses and quickly test them with prototypes, A/B tests, and market research
  • Partner with design and engineering to ideate novel solutions, write user stories, and deliver a product experience to market
  • Dive deep into data to inform strategic decisions and guide the roadmap
  • Communicate with internal teams (sales, customer success, marketing, engineering) on product value and go-to-market strategies
  • Define and own the success metrics and accountabilities for you and your team

IDEALLY YOU'LL HAVE...

  • 3+ years as a software (SaaS) Product Manager with a track record in building software that users love
  • Prior B2B2C (or at least B2B) software experience, FinTech, or MorTech experience strongly preferred
  • A proven track record of building new features and products from scratch
  • Comfort in ambiguity and an ability to create clarity out of chaos
  • Experience translating insights from user research and data analysis into concrete features on a roadmap
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
  • Prior experience working in a product-led startup is highly valued - you know how to move quickly, manage your time efficiently and successfully manage competing priorities
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think a step ahead
  • Teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a transparent, authentic culture

Compensation Range: $115,000-$135,000


**While this role is remote now due to Covid, this opportunity would require applicants to be based out of the Denver HQ once we're back in the office (flex schedule)
