As a Business Systems Product Manager you will be working with various departments in Zoom including Sales, Engineering, Customer Support, Privacy, Security, and IT teams to support our internal teams in their support of customers.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop requirements documentation to enable product launches, including upgrading/redesign of tools and systems 

  • Collaborate with Sales, IT, Operations, Finance, Marketing and other business teams to elicit business requirements for Zoom's internal system and work with multiple technology teams (Salesforce, Zuora, Data Science and Engineering, in-house systems) to define functional requirements, process flow diagrams and actionable tasks to deliver a scalable solution to the business goals.

  • Work closely with cross functional teams: Security, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT and Engineers to improve existing processes and system designs used for managing customer information. 

  • Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure coordination across various internal teams based on Zoom’s privacy and compliance policies

  • Establish detailed project plans and communicate status, risks and issues to both technology and business leadership

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with multiple work streams that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders both internally and externally

  • Design and document any training material or user guides for systems implementation projects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant Product Management experience

  • Experience with supporting technologies such as, JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, SQL,Figma, Product Board, Asana

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Zuora, Netsuite, Oracle or other enterprise business systems is preferred 

  • Ability to solve complex problems and provide scalable Solutions

  • Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated

  • Nice to Have- knowledge of Sales and Partner Quoting/Compensation, Payment, Billing and Revenue recognition systems for SaaS Enterprise Customers
