Head of Product Partnerships

Zoom is looking for an experienced strategic partnerships and business development leader to join the Corporate Strategy team, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Strategy. In this senior and high visibility role, you will be expected to create and drive key elements of Zoom's go forward partnership strategy and plans. You will identify impactful product and technology partnership opportunities and create plans that create differentiation for the Zoom Platform and enable new use cases for customers. This role requires strengths in strategic thinking, business development, analytical & problem-solving skills, cross group collaboration and executive communication skills. Responsibilities include:
Develop product partnership strategy that supports the strategic objectives and interests of Zoom's business teams on a global basis.
Identify market and customer insights that can be translated into product and technology partnership opportunities that drive success for the Zoom platform.
Drive the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and management of key strategic partnerships involving product, technology and/or GTM components.
Evaluate the economic and strategic cost-benefit of partnerships.
Collaborate across functions including engineering, finance, marketing & sales to both co-develop and drive cross org alignment on the plans to ensure buy-in, shared vision and execution priority.
Delivery of opportunity maps, plans, projections and plays for cross company investment decisions.
Qualifications
10+ years of work experience within or across product management, corporate strategy, strategy consulting and business development.
7+ years of experience developing, leading, or executing commercial partnerships.
Undergraduate degree in engineering, math, business, economics. MBA strongly preferred.
Demonstrated track record of creating or managing complex strategic partnership agreements.
Technology depth and breadth in the unified communications and/or data and AI domains. Highly credible with senior technologists, product leaders, and CxO audiences.
Strong numerical fluency, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to identify insights and drive high impact decisions.
Excellent communication, leadership skills with the ability to influence at senior levels without authority to drive executive buy-in and alignment.
Exceptional business judgement using strong strategic thinking, customer centricity and appreciation for execution / operational excellence.
