As a Group Product Manager, you will oversee and be responsible for product strategy and development in one of our product groups:  Customer Growth, Design Experience, or eCommerce, as well as important special projects.  By managing product managers and working cross-functionally with engineering, product design, analytics/insights, marketing, and operations, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects that drive user growth, monetization, and customer delight.

What You’ll Do: 

  • You will drive accountability and ownership of delivering a world-class customer experience.
  • Oversee a team of product managers and own outcomes associated with either Customer Growth, Design Experience, or Ecommerce Experience product swim-lanes.
  • Ensure your team is focusing on the right things, balancing quality vs speed and short vs long term needs
  • Manage product discovery and development processes, identifying and aligning on opportunities to delight our customers and validating they drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Help drive and organize collaboration between PMs and cross functional teams at Havenly.
  • Create and own product strategy and roadmaps detailing where we are allocating time and resources in product development.
  • Work closely with Product Designers and Software Engineers to plan and prioritize sprints to execute on product strategy.
  • Be the expert on the customer and business needs through continued research and analysis. 

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years experience with product management at a start-up or growth stage company.
  • You are a highly collaborative leader that is capable of formulating and advocating for product vision and strategy and working cross-functionally to deliver on that roadmap.
  • Impeccable product taste. You have shipped products with great user experiences at scale.
  • Effective and concise communication skills and the ability to advocate for your ideas through both writing and presenting to multiple partners and stakeholders.
  • Effective decision making skills in both quantitative and qualitative information gathering methods.
  • The ability to both give and receive direct feedback and work collaboratively to help things progress efficiently.
  • Creativity. You’re bursting with unconventional ideas balanced with pragmatism, resource considerations and business needs.
  • Strong project management skills and can drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • A proven ability to efficiently execute, deliver, communicate, and iterate against outcome oriented goals.
  • You are organized and results-driven, can manage multiple projects, stick to realistic deadlines, and push back when necessary.
  • A track record of driving business impact by delivering software enabled customer experiences.

Additional Details:

  • This is a full-time exempt position headquartered in Denver, CO, remote candidates considered with regular travel to Denver. 

  • Our total rewards package includes competitive compensation, generous PTO, volunteer days off, health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability), company equity, 401K match, and Fertility benefits. In addition we offer free design services, furniture discounts, and merchandise credits.

  • Targeted compensation range for this role: 150-175K/year, flexible dependent upon experience.
