What To Expect From The Role

You will join our Client Success team and provide world-class technical support to our clients and their subscribers. While you’re a technical support specialist, we’ll teach you about video platform sales, the subscription video-on-demand business, and help you to reach your fullest potential.

Our most successful specialists are highly organized, and exude infectious, positive attitudes. They know how to hustle, approach their work in a systematic manner, and want to learn. This role will naturally progress into a more senior position within our Client Success Team.

Responsibilities

  • Solve our clients’ technical issues/problems as effectively and quickly as possible via email, chat and phone.

  • Evaluate end user issues and communicate internally with relevant stakeholders in sales, marketing, product and engineering to make our client’s lives better.

  • Conduct QA on newly released platform features and apps

  • Remain laser focused on exceeding our client’s expectations

  • Build a strong rapport with subscribers

  • Constructively identify areas for improvement not only in our products and services, but also in the Client Success function as a whole.

  • Handle some evening and rotating weekend support tickets

Qualifications & Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. Degree

  • Technically proficient with an aptitude to learn a variety of software and platforms

  • The ability to work with, connect to, and influence people

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of online software or video products and services (SaaS or SVOD)

  • Strong writer and speaker – documents, presentations, and events

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

  • Organized and systematic with great attention to detail

  • Experience in customer care or customer service roles

  • Experience troubleshooting across websites and mobile devices

  • Experience using AppleTV, Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV, Roku devices
