We’ll be looking to you to lead training projects and programs that support global company-wide strategic business objectives. This role is expected to use training theories, adult learning methodologies, and advanced instructional design capabilities to create effective training materials, lead complex training programs/initiatives, and manage stakeholder expectations. This position works with functional organizations and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop practical and high-quality training and programs that address the training needs of the entire company

 

Your responsibilities will include

  • Manage complex training programs and projects with minimal supervision
  • Consult with the business on training requests and solutions
  • Identify and assess current and future training needs
  • Streamline and use a lean-agile methodology to improve internal processes
  • Create engaging training activities and compelling learning content
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge and application of adult learning methodologies
  • Innovate in the area of content design and implementation
  • Develop effective and highly engaging training materials
  • Create and maintain project and program documentation
  • Manage and coordinate program/training schedules
  • Interact with, build, and manage relationships with subject matter experts
  • Review and approve training materials developed by team members
  • Provide direction and leadership to team members
  • Compile training data and provide reporting for regulatory oversight
  • Demonstrate advanced facilitation skills
  • Reveal exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills

 

For such a pivotal role, you’ll ideally have:

  • Minimum of four years experience with adult learning methodologies
  • Minimum of four years experience with learning technologies
  • Minimum of four years experience in the instructional design field
  • Minimum of two years experience leading instructional design teams or programs
  • Demonstrated ability to write compelling instructional text/content
  • Program, lesson, and curriculum planning skills
  • Proven experience with process creation and improvement
  • History of experience with Articulate Storyline is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Adobe software products is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

Annual base salary gross: $71,192.21 - $96,334.33 USD Annual
