Job Description

Conga/Apttus seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join its IT team who will be responsible for defining the business requirements and processes that will be used to create cross functional deliverables and provide ongoing ERP support to company’s G&A organizations (comprising of Finance, Human Resources, IT and Legal). 
Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Applications, the candidate must have a strong customer service orientation and continuous improvement mindset, have good judgement, be process oriented, analytical & work well in teams. Hands-on NetSuite experience is a must-have requirement.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Gather business requirements & translation into setup and configuration for NetSuite and other enterprise systems

· Assist with ongoing support to company’s G&A organizations

· Work with development team to ensure requirements and functionalities are being met

· Document and executes test scenario and support UAT and issue remediation

· Identify and assist in managing any defects & change requests

· Assist with documentations, business processes, and training materials

· Project coordination

· May perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

· 5+ years of relevant professional experience

· NetSuite ERP hands-on experience

· A desire to learn and be challenged

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proactive, well organized and detail

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Business knowledge in software/high tech industry
