What You Will Do

We are seeking a Solutions Analyst who is solutions-oriented and excited about advancing the success of our growing company.

How You Will Spend Your Days

  • Blend strong analytic capabilities and technical expertise with a solution driven mindset to convert business needs/requirements into project requirements & design
  • Interact with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, operational requirements and systems goals for client projects and SurveyGizmo Solutions
  • Build, Test & Deploy solutions using SurveyGizmo in-app features
  • Work with Marketing and Customer Success teams to bring solutions to market
  • Support the sales organization in the sales of SG solutions Partner with Professional Services Technical Analyst in building, testing & deploying client projects
  • Manage time effectively across multiple simultaneous projects based on priority, project deadlines

What You Bring to this Role

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or IT related field required; Master’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 3-5+ years previous experience in business systems analyst/solutions analyst/systems implementations
  • Experience working with business process transformations and/or systems implementations
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel); programing skills including CSS, Javascript are a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management
  • Familiar with project management methodology including analysis, scoping, requirements gathering and change management
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
