The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be the primary owner of not just Salesforce, but on the integration of Salesforce with all other affiliated systems. Broadly, you will deliver on a variety of sales systems projects by first gathering requirements from stakeholders, challenging assumptions where appropriate, and translating into technical specifications. You will also help us re-envision our primary Salesforce Sales Cloud objects (Opportunity, Account, Contact, and Custom), including stripping out unnecessary automation and validation rules, streamlining record creation and page layouts, and more generally focusing on improving the end user experience and making it easier to do business internally. Additional specific work will include:

 

  • Developing custom objects, validations rules, workflows, and process builders as necessary to support various business initiatives/projects
  • Data normalization, de-duping and general clean-up within Salesforce objects, particularly within the Account object, with an emphasis on building sustainable, repeatable and automated data normalization processes
  • Managing Agility’s configure-price-quote tool, DealHub, both as an architect and an administrator
  • Preparing user training materials and conducting periodic training sessions
  • Authoring and maintaining all related system documentation including requirements, process flows, use cases and instance update announcements
  • Providing back-up to the Systems Admin on supporting integrations, user onboarding and offboarding, and responding to internal support cases
  • Keeping up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices

 

Must Have:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
  • Data structure, data modeling & database schema knowledge
  • Experience working with sales and marketing related 3rd party integrations (i.e. SalesLoft, Pardot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CPQ tools, Chili Piper, etc)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical issues and resolve issues at all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage priorities, and is flexible in responding to shifting priorities
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative mathematical skills, and a demonstrated ability to write formulas in Salesforce and in Excel
  • A mind that thinks beyond the tactical activity to see the business impact of the work you do and optimizes business process

 

Nice to Have:

  • SOQL/SQL experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or equivalent related experience
  • Basic understanding of APEX
  • Project management experience
  • Experience working with or within Sales Operations

 

Note: Although we are currently working remotely due to the pandemic, this position is based out of our corporate office in Denver. Local candidates are strongly preferred.
