The Challenge

Innovative Senior Manager and logistics specialist who will own and drive event strategy and logistics with our partner ecosystem, ranging from building value to drive sponsorship opportunities at our major events and roadshows, to working with our field marketing team on executive experiences.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Work closely with teams to develop and execute event plans including staffing, agenda, premiums, and marketing activities required to promote the event.
  • Coordinate with our Field Marketing and Executive Marketing teams to arrange appropriate technology and service partner participants throughout the year, with an eye to drive an overall solution value proposition by industry or geography.
  • Develop objectives and strategies for the overall effectiveness and execution of marketing events, such as trade shows and/or employee and customer related events.
  • Manages and executes projects and marketing plans intended to maximize company exposure and produce sales leads.
  • Work with internal/external resources to obtain needed materials and services.
  • Directs exhibit design, including production.
  • Negotiates contracts and manages relationships with outside vendors.
  • Prepares return on investment evaluation of events.
  • Responsible for seamless execution and production of events including venue sourcing, budget, set-up and execution of event.

Location

Our new office is in the Denver City Center near plenty of shops and restaurants. We also have amazing views of the Rocky Mountains from our windows.
