About Alchemer:

Founded in 2006 Alchemer is an enterprise data collection, orchestration, and analytics platform that helps some of the biggest brands to deliver on their missions by enabling them to operationalization feedback by integrating critical data from their Customers (employee, users, patients, vendors, etc) into their key business systems through an easy to use, low code SaaS platform.


About the Job:

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who is excited to be a part of a fast-moving team that is working to always improve the technology services and business systems provided to internal customers.

Key responsibilities & duties

  • Support and manage the companies core systems, primarily including SalesForce, Zuora, Hubspot, Salesloft, and DOMO.
  • Perform administrative functions across all IS systems, including user provisioning, reports, maintenance, triage, access changes, upgrades, workflows, reporting, and more
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve services, automate tasks, increase availability, and wow our internal customers.

Qualifications

  • You’re a very quick learner, capable of learning new systems and absorbing new information.
  • You love solving problems and making things faster and easier for the end user.
  • You are a good multi-tasker, able to effectively balance project work, tickets, and the face-to-face support of end users.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting internal customers.
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Administration or an active Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience with Apex code is a HUGE plus!
  • Experience with Billing/Subscription Management SaaS tools, BI tools, ETL processes, Marketing Automation tools, and 3rd party data providers are all a plus!

Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $70,000 to $80,000, eligibility for an annual bonus, and participation in the Founder’s Pool program.
