eGym Inc is looking for a highly motivated Sales Operations Manager who can join our team to manage a variety of operational activities and improve our processes. Are you a self-starter and able to successfully perform a broad range of tasks? Then join and help us grow day by day.
Your daily workout
You will own sales reporting & analysis of all aspects of the sales operations including pipeline, performance metrics, trends, forecasting and demand planning
You will develop and optimize clear sales processes including lead generation, lead prioritization, sales cycle steps, sales activities etc.
You will partner closely with the Sales Team to help them report on goals and strategies as well as determine efficiencies and necessary improvements in our processes
You will partner closely with the global eGym Salesforce team to make sure the system setup meets the requirements of the North American market
You will Identify and implement solutions and technologies that drive sales efficiency
You will assist the sales team by validating and processing orders
You will manage data for new orders from database entry to invoicing
You will become the point person for client based data, working extensively in Salesforce
Your fitness level
You have 1-3 years of practical experience in Operations, Finance, Sales or a similar function
You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or have equivalent experience
You are highly organized with attention to detail and great time management skills
You have demonstrated the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
You preferably have experience with Salesforce Lightning
