Quality Program Manger
Overview:
As a Lead Quality Program Manager, you’ll be part of the Quality Engineering Center of Excellence, and work cross-functionally across the organization, leading Quality Engineering initiatives. Your primary focus will be on establishing world-class Quality program and the development of Quality metrics.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Lead Quality Engineering Close-Loop, Corrective-Action (CLCA) Program
* Develop and maintain comprehensive quality metrics
* Work across the Customer Support and Solution Architecture teams to drive QE initiatives
* Actively participate in QE Center of Excellence committee
* Present Quality metrics to C-level executives and the Engineering organization
* Provide insight into test requirements, design and implementation
* Document, track and escalate issues from Customer Support teams
* Provide detailed problem analysis to the development teams driving product quality
* Act as a customer advocate, committed to delivering quality throughout the company
Qualifications:
* 7+ years as a working within an Enterprise Quality Program
* MS/BS degree or equivalent experience
* Proficient in one or more advanced scripting languages
* Ability to work with large data bases across distributed sources to analyze quality
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexible, independent and self-motivated
