Quality Operations Specialist
Ibotta is seeking a Quality Operations Specialist to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:

- Manage the maintenance and accuracy of data collected through manual and automated tasks stored in admin.
- Proven ability to identify and create efficiencies within a workflow
- Create training documentation and feedback loop for vendors on related global product workflows
- Assist with/auditing brand and category additions to global product data
- Establish a workflow with offshore vendors to improve the efficiencies and cost effectiveness of the workflow
- Audit retailer products on critical campaigns
What we are looking for:
- Technical Skills: G Suite, Basic Excel skills, Attention to Detail
- 1-2 years of experience in a process driven role
- Associates Degree Preferred
- Ability to set and manage expectations via vendor management
- Self-directed and capable of making an impact with varying levels of direction

Additional Details:
- This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, profit sharing and equity.
- Base compensation range: $40,000-$50,000. This compensation range is specific to the state of Colorado's local labor market and may vary for employees living in other areas.
